The VPN does not provide information related to users' personal information, including but not limited to names (subscriber names, usernames, and screen names), addresses (including mailing addresses, residential addresses, business addresses), and telephone numbers, unless you provide data based on the context of your interactions with us and the choices you make, including your privacy settings, as well as the products and features you use to manage your subscription and enjoy our VPN services. Except for limited exceptions, we do not automatically collect any of your personal information.

When you open the APP to seek our VPN services, the APP will assign a unique identifier for that service (this unique identifier is only bound to your device ID and is not bound to any other personal information of the user). When you use the VPN service, we will check your account information through this unique identifier to determine the service level you have subscribed to before establishing your VPN connection.

If you contact us directly, we may receive other information about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, the content of the messages and/or attachments you may send to us, and any other information you may choose to provide. When you open emails we send, we may also receive confirmation information.

2. Service Information Related to Your VPN Use In accordance with applicable laws, to avoid infringing on the rights of any internet service providers, any browsing information, traffic destination, data content, IP addresses, DNS queries, or other similar information related to your online activities that you transmit to our servers will be encrypted and cleared after the VPN "session" is closed. That is to say, we do not collect any information about the websites you visit or any data stored on your device or transmitted from your device, including any data that applications on your device may transmit through the VPN network. More specifically, with limited connection to your personal information and without collecting any data about the websites you visit or any data stored on your device or transmitted from your device, the VPN does not possess the following files/information:

• We do not know which user has visited a specific website or service.

• We do not know which user connected to the VPN at a specific time.

• We do not know the set of original IP addresses of the user's computer or the temporarily assigned network addresses. If someone wants to access or attempts to force the VPN to release user information based on any of the above content, we cannot provide this information because the data does not exist. Connection-related information We collect information about whether the VPN connection on a given day (but not at a specific time of day) was successful, which VPN location it connected to (but not the outgoing IP address assigned to you), and from which country/ISP (but not your source IP address).
